 Hey there, how long will delivery take?

Because we slowly and carefully handcraft each hat individually, it takes around 2-4 weeks from production to delivery for domestic Australian customers. International orders are usually delivered in around  4-5 weeks, this however depends on the destination and customs processing option.

Hello there, how much does shipping cost?

International Shipping will be calculated during the shopping cart process. All shipping charges are calculated via Australia Post and vary on location and preferences. For domestic orders, shipping is Free within Australia. How good is that?

Yes we do! we ship to almost every country but to be certain, you can add your desired products to your cart and proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.

Domestic & International Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days from our Ready to Wear collection. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will be sure to contact you via email or telephone. Since each and every one of our custom bespoke hats are made to measure, please allow 2-4 weeks from production to delivery for Australian domestic customers.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and or complaint.
