The Hat Also Has a 100% Silk Scarf Tied Around The Crown With Two-Tone Brown Flecked Hand Spun Yarn Wool And This Features A Feather Bouquet With Native Australian Feathers Including a 15cm Pheasant Tail Feather. The Crown Has Been Hand Shaped Into The Classic Teardrop Shape And The Brim is Flat.
